Culinary: Es potong SIngapore
My favorite ice cream in Spore. This is called es potong. A thick ice cream covering with bread. Only S$1, but it's enough for becoming your lunch..
It has variety flavor. Chocolate, strawberry, mango, corn, chocomint, red bean. If you don't want eat with bread, you can eat with cone.
You can easily find it along Orchard Road, at Merlion area or at Boat Quay or Bugis Street. The seller usually use bike or motor bike.

Even it's cheap...but all the sellers have a certificate...umm..maybe just like a permit. And...don't worry about the hygiene. The seller always use a plastic gloves during cutting the ice or receive the money...so there is no contact between the food and the money or his own hand.
The other rule if you want to buy es potong is...don't bargain!
