Little Red Dot Hostel, Singapore
This is another recommended hostel when you are in Singapore. Little Red Dot Hostel, located at Lavender Street, near with Little India and Bugis, is absolutely your home when you are in Singapore. It's cheap enough, clean, cozy, and the location is very strategic. Just go to Lavender MRT and you could walk to Lavender Street or from Lavender MRT station you could take the bus from the shelter bus just in front of Lavender MRT station to shelter at Lavender Street.
Just like the other hostel, this two storey hostel provide mixed dorm and female dorm. The little 'garden roof' at this hotel is one of the advantages of this hostel, beside the friendly staff and the location.
Hostel facilities
Besides room, breakfast is include within the price. We could have bread and jam, cereal, milk, coffee, and tea as our breakfast. There is wifi here but if you stay at 2nd floor...you must be patient with the signal. There are also 4 units pc's free to use.
They also sell the universal studio ticket, singapore flyer ticjet, and zoo ticket..it's abiyt $4S cheaper than the normal price
How to book
I make enquiries at email then I have to pay 20% of the total amount to paypal. They only accept paypal. When you arrive, you have to pay the rest plus $20S for key deposit. When you check out and returning the key, you will get your deposit
The only one if the disadvantage of this hostel is the electricity plug. In my room (female dorm) there are 4 electricity plug for 8 people. Just imagine if one person need to charge the camera, the cellular phone, the ipad or other gadget...
So, if you don't mind with the casket building beside this hostel...this place is the best option to stay when you are travel to Singapore!!
